Our sales showrooms and used car external display areas will not be open to the public from 5th November until further notice. However, our teams will be in the dealerships to continue car sales remotely and we will be able to send you videos, talk to you via Zoom or WhatsApp and meet your needs almost as well as if you were with us in the showroom.  

 

Customers can still collect a car which has been purchased either online or via the telephone directly from our dealership. The handover will take place outside so please bring appropriate clothing.

All vehicle handovers will take place from a designated exterior handover area and full social distancing practices will be in place to ensure both colleague and customer safety. Home delivery options will also be available, and all handled in a COVID safe manner. 

Our team remain on hand to assist with your sales and aftersales enquiries via telephone, email, webchat  and messenger. Our website will remain  fully functional with the ability reserve a car online as well as booking a service or MOT. 

Our aftersales departments remain fully operational for servicing, MOT and repairs. We have produced a video which covers the details, but to give an overview – social distancing measures, an appointment-only system, protective screens at our service desks as well as cashless payments have been in place for several months now.

One of the team will call you to setup a Zoom call.

Step 3

You will receive and email invite for the appointment. The email will contain the link you need to join the zoom call.

Step 4

Click on the link a few minutes before the appointment and a member of our team will be waiting to help you.

 

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need to see me on the zoom call?

Zoom offers a one-way connection, there’s no need to be shy as you will be able to see us, and we will be able to hear you.

What if I don’t want to use Zoom?

Just let the team know when you speak to them. They can arrange for a personal video of the car to be made and sent over for you to view at your convenience. Then if you have any questions you can give them a call back.

Is it safe for your team to be working in the showrooms?

Staying safe at work is our number one priority which is why we have adapted our Virtual Showroom with stringent safety measures that exceed official requirements in order to ensure the safety and welfare of our team.

When can I book an Appointment?

Appointments are available between 9am and 5pm Monday to Saturday.

If I like the car can I place an order?

Yes you can and the team will be able to talk you through this during your appointment.  The finance application  and payment process is electronic.

If I buy a car, can I pick it up or will you deliver it to my home?

Yes we can deliver your car to your home. This is something you can discuss on the call. A charge may be applicable
