Post-lockdown comeback

Over the last couple of weeks’, we have started to re-open for business in line with government guidelines. Initially we were focussed on re-opening our workshop and bringing back our Technicians but when restrictions on retail changed, we also re-opened our showrooms to recommence Sales activity.


Throughout lockdown we had a small team that continued to work behind the scenes to keep things ‘ticking over’, the team were completing training and our website remained active for customers to be able to contact us.

The last few months have been tricky to say the least. Not only did our family business come to a complete stand still but we have had to entirely change how we go about our working day. From managing customers on site to introducing new cleaning protocols and educating staff; it has all taken a lot of thought, time and teamwork to get to where we are today.

We have re-opened our doors physically but we are still working with a very small team compared to ‘normal’. We are slowly but surely getting used to the new processes and we are lucky to have an extremely loyal customer base that have been very patient with us during the circumstances.


What's next?

Our Sales team are back and actively taking new orders, organising social-distancing approved test drives and getting customers on the road in their new cars.

Our Servicing department are still working through the 3-month back log of service appointments, although we anticipate that this will take some time, we are making progress every week. If you require an appointment please be understanding of our situation, respectful towards our team and be assured that we are working hard to get everyone booked in.

We look forward to welcoming all customers old and new in to our showrooms again in the near future.
