As you will all now be aware, lockdown has been extended for another 3 weeks. Whilst it is important that the country adheres to the government guidance during this time, it is also important that we keep the economy ticking over.

Online retail is encouraged to continue and we are delighted to be able to now offer online purchasing and home delivery. To reinforce he government guidelines we have implemented strict measures to ensure the safety of our staff involved and our customers is our primary focus. These measures will be discussed with customers individually.

How can I contact you if I'd like to purchase a car?

If you would like to purchase a car during this time, please contact us via social media or our live chat function on our website. Your enquiry will be responded to by a member of our team who is active at that time.

What safety measures are in place?

The whole process will be contactless. We have strict PPE guidelines that we are following including all Telford employees involved in the process being of good health, wearing masks, gloves and safety glasses. There will also be protective covers on seats, mats, gear sticks and steering wheels.

What if I begin to feel unwell after I have arranged delivery/place my order?

Please tell us. Safety will remain at the forefront of all of our actions and we are more than happy to re-arrange this for when things are safe to do so.

Can I still get finance while the dealership is closed?

Yes, our finance providers are still operating to support us during this time.

What happens once the car has been delivered?

The member of the Telford team that delivered the vehicle will fully disinfect the control panel and steering wheel. The customer will then be advised not to enter the vehicle for 3 hours after this has been done.

Are test drives able to be carried out?

Unfortunately not at this time. We realise this won't suit everyone but we are trying to do our bit to keep the business ticking over in these uncertain times.
